• Service Desk

  The IT Service Desk of the ISG D-ARCH supports all members of the department with hardware and software problems, installations, purchasing and lending.

• Remote Support Staff

  Staff at external locations such as ONA or AGS can get IT support via remote desktop during office hours.

• IT representatives

  Each professorship and unit designates a person as IT representative. Tasks, contacts and the list of all professorships and units.

• Arch AI: AI Tools with Data Sovereignty

  Arch AI (archai.ethz.ch) is the AI platform of the Department of Architecture for all ETH members: chat with language models, documents, images, voice, web search and agents based on LibreChat. Local models on ETH servers, your data stays at ETH.

• Image Database (fylr): Search, Share, Download

  The image database bilddb.arch.ethz.ch (fylr, formerly easydb) is the image archive of the Department of Architecture: search images and media, collect them in collections, share, present, download and upload them with metadata.

• URL Shortener: Create Short Links

  With the URL shortener go.ethz.ch, ETH members turn long web addresses into short links with custom alias, password protection, expiry date, QR code and click statistics.

• Particify: Online Voting, Polls and Quizzes

  With Particify (particify.ethz.ch), ETH members run live votes, polls, quizzes and Q&A at meetings, hybrid conferences and lectures. Join by room number or QR code, no account needed.

• HedgeDoc: Collaborative Markdown Notes

  With HedgeDoc (hedgedoc.ethz.ch), ETH members write meeting minutes, notes and texts together in real time, in Markdown, with link sharing, revisions, export and slide mode.
