As an ETH Zurich student you can obtain software free of charge or at a large discount via itshop.ethz.ch. After logging in, select the software you need and it will be activated for you.

Instructions for the IT Shop

As a student of ETH Zurich, you can obtain software free of charge or at a much lower price than usual. You can order the software at itshop.ethz.ch. After logging in, select the desired software, which will then be activated for you in the IT Shop.

After a successful order, you can download the software directly from the IT Shop server. You will also find a software overview with quick links on our page Software Students Architecture.

How do I connect to the IT Shop server?

Follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail you receive when you order software.
