Configure Microsoft Outlook (Windows)\r\n<\/span><\/h2>\r\nTo use the new Mail-Server, the Department of Architecture suggests using the newest Office-Version. This would now be Outlook 365.\r\n\r\nThe new Webmail is under https:\/\/outlook.office.com<\/a>\r\n\r\nIf you don\u2019t have any E-Mail account setup<\/strong> on your device, you can start right away, see point 1.\r\n\r\nIf you want to remove an existing account<\/strong>, please follow the external instructions from Microsoft:\r\n\r\nRemove existing mailbox (external link)<\/a>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n1.<\/strong> Open the Program \u00abOutlook\u00bb (Windows Button -> Outlook)<\/strong> and enter your ETH-Username@ethz.ch<\/strong>, even if you are a Student.\r\n\r\n2.<\/strong> Now you can click „Connect“<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n3.<\/strong> You will be redirected to the ETH-login. Use ETH-username@ethz.ch <\/strong>and your ETH main password<\/strong> (Mail, Server, ETHis) for the login.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n4. Enter the MFA\/OTP code<\/strong> from the Authenticator app<\/strong> on your mobile device.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n5.<\/strong> Uncheck the higlighted Box. <\/strong>Click „OK“\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n6<\/strong>. Click „Done“\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n7.<\/strong> Don’t tick<\/strong> „Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too“.
